Professional Profile of Secretary General – Boima Bundu Davies
Residence: Ekeren in Antwerpen District, Belgium

Boima Bundu Davies is a dedicated professional, family man, and servant leader whose life is shaped by purpose, faith, and a commitment to excellence. He is a proud husband and father of two boys and a daughter, and he brings the same devotion he has for his family into his work, leadership, and community service.

Professionally, Mr. Davies works in the petrochemical industry as a Hybrid Coordinator for Bulk and Liquid Operations, where he oversees complex logistics and supply chain processes. His passion for supply chain management began during his university studies while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. What started as an academic interest has evolved into a fulfilling career that challenges him to think strategically, solve problems, and deliver operational excellence in a fast‑paced environment.

Mr. Davies has also played a significant leadership role within the Sierra Leonean diaspora in the Netherlands. Over the years, he has served the Sierra Leone Central Union (SLCU) under three administrations in key positions, including Deputy Secretary, Secretary General, and currently Chief Secretary. These roles have strengthened his passion for administration, unity, and community service, while allowing him to contribute meaningfully to the growth and cohesion of the Sierra Leonean community.

A committed Christian and follower of Christ, Mr. Davies strongly believes in servant leadership—leading by serving others. He has actively volunteered in numerous church programs, community initiatives, and outreach activities, consistently demonstrating humility, compassion, and integrity. His faith continues to guide his approach to leadership, family, and service.

He believes that true success is not defined solely by professional accomplishments, but by the positive impact one makes in the lives of others. Guided by this conviction, he strives daily to lead with purpose, inspire growth, and contribute meaningfully wherever he is called to serve.
A quote by Dr. Myles Munroe that continues to shape his leadership philosophy is:

True leadership is not about controlling people, but about serving and inspiring them to become their best.

This principle remains central to his journey in leadership, faith, family, and community service.
