The Sierra Leone Diaspora Advisory Council (SLDAC) implements its mandate through four core programmes focused on youth development, cultural preservation, and diaspora‑driven investment facilitation. These programmes are implemented in partnership with Sierra Leonean organisations, with SLDAC serving as a facilitator, coordinator, and enabler.
