SLDAC supports youth development across the Benelux Region and Greece by empowering local Sierra Leonean organisations to design and run activities that build identity, leadership, and community engagement.

SLDAC’s role includes:

  • Coordinating and supporting organisations
  • Providing technical guidance
  • Helping develop project proposals and joint funding applications
  • Offering diplomatic and institutional backing

Programme Focus Areas:

  • Cultural Identity: Music, dance, storytelling, heritage workshops
  • Sports & Wellness: Tournaments, girls’ sports initiatives, mental‑health awareness
  • Capacity Building: Leadership training, career guidance, digital skills, mentorship

This programme builds confident, skilled, and community‑minded young Sierra Leoneans.
